The Pearl Harbor star looked incredible in a glitzy black leotard, sheer tights and chunky boots.
Kate accessorised with a silver statement headpiece, pearl earrings and a huge white frilly coat.
The A-lister wore her brunette sleek tresses loose and opted for a subtle bronzed makeup look.
She looked bleary-eyed as she left the elite venue and waited for her car.
Kate spent the evening with a close-knit group of friends – including magician Dynamo and EastEnders legend Patsy Palmer.
The Serendipity actress was all smiles as she partied the night away and posed for photos with her famous pals.
She was also joined by Jemima Khan, David Baddiel and Bella Freud.
It was good to see Kate back in good spirits after a tough time lately.
Earlier this month, the star revealed that she was left ‘vomiting blood’ during a recent terrifying health scare.
Kate made the admission while hitting back at a cruel troll, who’d left a nasty comment beneath her latest Instagram post.
The Underworld star looked incredible as she posed in the mirror, wearing just a pink top with hamster prints and knickers.
Tying her brunette locks into a hairnet, she also twerked at her reflection in the video while elevating her height with giant leather platform boots.

Quoting the Kanye West song, Runaway, she wrote in her caption: “Let’s have a toast for the d****e bags. Let’s have a toast for the a******s. Let’s have a toast for the scumbags.”
But when one commented: “Go do some squats @katebeckinsale I think ur ass ran away,” she furiously clapped back.
Kate replied: “No, actually, I watched my stepfather die quite shockingly, my mother has stage 4 cancer, and I lost a lot of weight from stress and grief, quite quickly and then I was in hospital for six weeks because the grief had burned a hole in my oesophagus which made me vomit copious amounts of blood, and I found eating very hard and I just worked very very hard on a movie that was actually quite triggering because it also involved the theme of the death of my father so I’m not really concerned about what you think about my ass.”
The Hollywood star, who has three films in post-production currently – Canary Black, The Patient and Stolen Girl – added: “I’m not really concerned about what you think about my a**.
“Maybe you should worry about your own f****** a**. I suggest shoving something up it- like a large pineapple or a brick.”
Thankfully, Kate seems to be in better health now, following a stay in hospital earlier this year.
A photo celebrating Easter taken from a hospital bed sent friends and fans flocking to see how she was doing.
Among them was No Doubt singer Gwen Stefani, who simply asked, “What’s wrong?!”
While others started guessing why exactly Kate was seeking medical care, others simply decided to wish her well.
The Van Helsing star has had a rough start to 2024, also suffering the loss of her stepfather, Roy Battersby, back in January.
The TV director died of a stroke, while also suffering from two types of cancer.
Her mother, Judy, has also had health problems, and was rushed to hospital last August.
Judy now lives in LA with her daughter so they can look after each other.
On Mother’s Day, Kate celebrated her mum with a series of photos of her looking teary-eyed in bed.
Kate did not choose to disclose the reason for her hospitalisation at the time.
